My goal is to understand your wants and needs for your future home, and to curate the experience and information that empowers you to be successful on your own terms. Prior to your first meeting with me, I will provide you with some buyer education pieces to review. At the initial meeting, I will really get to know you—asking you questions and listening deeply, teasing out your wants and needs throughout the conversation.

Once you’ve established your goals, I will walk you through the nuts and bolts of the offer process, as well as strategies, potential pitfalls and opportunities specific to your home buying needs and market realities.

YOU'RE IN THE DRIVERS SEAT

When it comes to the home search, you’re in the driver’s seat. Every buyer has a unique cadence or pace they are comfortable with, as well as their own schedule to juggle. Along the way, I will be in close contact with you, sending potential listings and market information, and when you find a home you would like to see in person, we will set up a showing for you.

As you tour homes with me, I will let you know about potential inspection issues, ROI opportunities, and the particulars of the property and neighborhood. Depending on your needs, I may bring in additional subject matter experts— architects, general contractors, and more—to help you make the most informed decision, whether that means moving forward with an offer or walking away from a property that is ultimately not right for you.

After your sale closes, and you get the keys to your new home, you’re not on your own. All of my buyers receive a complimentary American Home Shield home warranty; if the fridge goes out, or your hot water heater bites the dust 6 months after closing, you will have peace of mind that you’re covered. I will always be available for any questions—whether you need a referral for a landscaper or a general contractor. One of the things I takes immense pride in is being a lifelong real estate “consultant” and resource for my clients, at every stage of life.
